Busy Daytimes.

I love days like today. Today was a day all about the beer. Deliveries a-plenty. Some lagers, wine and Otter Bitter firstly. A delivery from Phoenix brewery after which has laden my cellar with Pale Moonlight, Hopsack, Wobbly Bob, Arizona, Black Bee, and White Monk. All of which will be dribbling on to the bar over the coming month.
After taking in these two this morning, I cracked on with the line clean. Its something we have to do weekly to maintain the quality of our ales and beers. It takes time, but its worth it.
In the afternoon we also got a delivery of bottles. We have new bottle offering from Flensburger (Germany), with their Pilsner and Gold beers; Nogne O (Norway), with Saison and Imperial Brown Ale; and new Belgian beers with St Bernardus Wit, Jupiler and La Trappe Blonde.
I’m looking forward to cracking open a bottle of Nogne tonight!
